I'm beginning planning/training for my longest tour yet next summer (2010) as said in the subject I plan on going to Savannah GA with 3 others (as of now) and catching a ride back. My longest trip thus far is 4 days though I plan on taking 2-3 Seven and Ten day trips before next year, I am looking for general advice in everything involved in the trip planning etc. Also any advice on a new yak would be great, I currently have a Necky Manitou 14 Select but was thinking something a bit bigger would be nice for waves and choppy waters.
