I live in Carroll County and paddle Liberty. It's close to my house and I can get there in 10 minutes. It's really scenic and there is so much area to paddle it will take me two summers to cover all the shoreline. I think they have only permitted kayakers to paddle there for the last two years. They were prohibited in the past. What a great place! |
